　The MSYF series wood plastic hollow board production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum forming table, a traction machine, a transverse cutting machine, and a discharge rack. The production line adopts specialized wood plastic extrusion equipment and is equipped with corresponding auxiliary equipment. By changing the mold, different specifications of wood plastic panels can be produced. By using our company's unique wood plastic process and formula, we can design different product densities based on the cross-section of different boards and their different uses. Select different specifications of wood plastic special twin-screw extruders and wood plastic special single screw extruders, and configure corresponding auxiliary equipment such as vacuum forming tables, tractors, transverse cutting machines, and flipping platforms.

Vacuum shaping adopts a special enlarged eddy current cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping, in order to meet the production characteristics of wide width wood plastic panels. The tractor adopts our company's unique technology, which works smoothly, has good reliability, and has high traction force. The horizontal cutting device is synchronized with the traction speed of the board, designed reasonably, runs stably, can automatically cut to length, and is equipped with a dust recovery device. By replacing different molds, different specifications of wood plastic panels can be produced. The equipment can be controlled by a computer or a conventional control system according to customer requirements.
